Outstanding all-rounder with over 9000 runs, including 3 hundreds, and 600 wickets for the 1st XI.
Player of the Year 1993, 1996 & 1997, 2002-08, 2010, 2011-14.
1st XI Bowling Cup 1994, 2003, 2009-11, 2014, 2015.
Batting Cup 2006 & 2013.
Club Captain 1999 and 2002-10.
Came through the clubs youth system to become their only home-produced Irish international.
Ireland international - 65 caps 1995-2004, scoring 380 runs @ 13.10 - HS 50* v Scotland 1996, and taking 70 wkts @ 33.66 - BB 4-59 v Leicestershire 1999.
ICC Trophy 1997 & 2001.
Commonwealth games 1998.
Derbyshire 1999-2000 before a serious back injury ended his promising county career.
Ryan was Carrick Director of Coaching from 2002-06
Spent several winters coaching in Hong Kong and represented Hong Kong in the HK Cricket Sixes in 2003 & 2004.
An ECB Level 3 coach, Ryan was Northern Cricket Union Cricket Development Officer from September 2006-2009. Was appointed as Cricket Ireland Talent Identification Officer in 2009.
He was Assistant Coach of the Ireland team at the Under 19 World Cups in Malaysia and New Zealand in 2010, and was coach for the 2012 tournament in Australia.
Opening bowler Eagleson changed to bowling off-spin in 2014, taking 45 wickets @ 11.93.
