Consistent opening batsman who decided to "retire" to the golf course at the end of the 1999 season. Brian missed the following two seasons before returning to make a few appearances in 2002.
After joining from Cregagh in 1995 he scored over 1700 1st XI runs, average 26, with a highest score of 92.
Ist XI Batting Cup 1995 & 1999.
Also picked up useful wickets with his occasional off-breaks.
